The closest beach is less than 1.5 km away, it is La Fossa beach, which is delimited by the mythical Penon de Ifach. The center of Calpe is 7 minutes away by car and the port less than 5 minutes away.

From the house, it takes only 5 minutes on foot to reach the maritim promenade.

The famous Grizzly's bar-restaurant is about 100 meters from the house as well as other shops and supermarkets.

Parking is easy and practical: right in front of the door and even on the same plot as the house.

The neighborhood is very nice and the environment of the urbanization is made up of houses and green areas.
